Processing & Shipping

We are located in North Carolina and follow the guidelines set forth by the USDA and the Department of Agriculture in your state for each plant shipment. Our nursery is certified to ship to each state in the Continental USA. We aim to ship all orders placed within two business days. Due to some states shipping regulations it may require a few extra days to process your order but we will do our best to ship these orders as quickly as possible.

Please note that we are a new business and are still refining our shipping policies. We firmly believe that complying with all NCDA and USDA regulations is best for our business and our customers. Please recognize this may mean it takes a little longer to get your plants to you than we would sometimes like. You can always reach out to us for an update on shipping.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Packages marked as delivered by carrier but are not received are the customer's responsibility to track. We are not liable for packages once they are delivered by the carrier. If your item has been lost or stolen after delivery please contact your local post office or visit the links provided below.

Incorrectly Addressed Packages

If you have accidentally shipped your package to the wrong address we are not liable for additional shipping, replacement of the lost items or a refund. On returned packages due to failure to deliver, new postage cost will be the customers responsibility. If plants are returned back to us and are not in good condition to be shipped back out due to time in transit, we will do our best to replace items but we do not guarantee a refund or replacement will be given.

Returns & Refunds

Please be aware, all sales are final. We are a small family business and cannot accept returns or cancelations after an order is placed. However, if your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and do not alter your plant before contacting us. Please include a photo or video of the issue at hand so we can best assess any problems that may arise.
